This table shows the distribution of stations by elevation, if applicable. Column names mean the following...

Elevation Range: The range of elevation (in feet), including the lower bound and excluding the upper bound.
Active Stations: The total number of stations residing in that elevation range that have reported at least once within the last 30 days.
Total Stations: The total number of stations residing in that elevation range, regardless of activity.
