New iPhone App (1.0.4) is available in Apple App Store
A problem with the iOS 4 version of the MesoWest iPhone app has been fixed, and the
new app is now available in the Apple iPhone App Store.
Mesonet and Station Monitoring Interfaces
MesoWest has created new Mesonet Status Monitor and Station Status Monitor interfaces. These
interfaces allow for real-time tracking of mesonet and station reports. Each page is updated
routinely with the latest information on reporting stations and network availability.
New Data Quality Control Interfaces
Ever wonder why a station is labeled "Caution" by our quality control procedures? Now you can view why
on the new Data Quality Graph Page. This page displays the actual statistics that are used to flag stations
as "Caution" over a period of a few days, so you can identify what variable is causing the "Caution" flag.
There also is a new Mesonet Quality Control Status Interface which provides the current MesoWest
quality control status for each station in a selected network.
Revised Station Information Page
We have redesigned the Station Information Page to provide a cleaner format for users to see station metadata.
A user can now choose how much information to view by opening and closing tables of extended metadata on the page.
Additionally, an option to view and download metadata in a text-only format is available at the top of the page.
